Applications are accepted from January 1st through September 1st each year or until the Fair is sold out of vendor spaces.

With attendance of nearly 7,000 people annually, the Fair has become one of the premier events of its kind with 80% of vendors returning each year.

We accept all qualified vendors on a first-come basis which is noted as of the date the completed application, bio, images and payment are received, regardless of previous participation.

ATTENTION NEW INQUIRIES!

Please follow these steps to inquire about Festival participation:

  1. Click on the VENDOR INFORMATION button below and carefully review the guidelines, dates, fees and additional details. Most of your questions will be answered via this document which is updated each January.
  2. Determine if you meet the defined criteria.
  3. If you have any questions about qualifying to participate, email the event contact person sheila@trailingofthesheep.org (Fair and Town Square) or brenda@trailingofthesheep.org (Trials).
  4. Once you have determined you qualify, click the VENDOR APPLICATION button; complete the application, pay the non-refundable $35.00 Application Fee and submit.
  5. Email 2-3 images to sheila@trailingofthesheep.org or brenda@trailingofthesheep.org.
  6. Submission of your application does not guarantee acceptance.
  7. You will be informed of your acceptance within seven days of receipt of your Application, Application Fee check, images and bio. Once approved, we will request payment for your requested booth space(s).
