Trailing of the Sheep Festival

NEW VENDOR INQUIRIES

 

Please follow these steps to inquire about Festival participation:

  1. Click on the QUALIFICATIONS AND DETAILS button below and carefully review the guidelines, dates, fees and additional details.  Most of your questions will be answered via this document which is updated each January.
  2. Determine if you meet the defined criteria. If you have any questions about qualifying to participate, email the event contact person.
  3. If you email with questions on qualifying, attach 2-3 images of your product.
  4. Once you have determined you qualify, complete the VENDOR APPLICATION via the button on this page. Check ‘New Vendor’ and pay the $35 nonrefundable Application Fee either online or by check.
  5. You will be informed of your acceptance within seven days of receipt of your Application, Application Fee, images and bio.
  6. Once approved, you will be asked to Register with our Event and we will request payment for your requested booth space(s).
  7. We will email you when your Application is complete.
  8. Submission of your application does not guarantee acceptance.
