$35.00 application fee required with the Vendor Application.
Space is $135.00 per 10’ x10’ space for all three days.

The Trials has an attendance of 3,500 spectators over the 2.5 days and many Festival patrons only attend this event.

Details on Vending at the Trials

We welcome vendors who offer unique items and crafts attractive to dog lovers, sheep and wool fans, and outdoor enthusiasts who come from around the world to attend our Festival.

(*NOTE: No electricity is available and you may need a ‘hotspot’ to process transactions. Vendors offering food to be consumed on-site need to contact Xole Uranga via the link in her name above for additional requirements prior to applying.)

ATTENTION NEW VENDORS! 

Please follow these steps to inquire about Festival participation:

  1. Click on the VENDOR INFORMATION button below and carefully review the guidelines, dates, fees and additional details.  Most of your questions will be answered via this document which is updated each January.
  2. Determine if you meet the defined criteria.
  3. If you have any questions about qualifying to participate, email the event contact person and include one digital image representing your work.
  4. Once you have determined you qualify, complete the VENDOR APPLICATION via the button on this page.
  5. Once the application is complete, you will receive a link to play the application fee.
  6. Submission of your application does not guarantee acceptance. You will be informed of your acceptance within seven days of receipt of your Application, Application Fee, images and bio.  Once approved, we will request payment for your requested booth space(s).
